Michael P. King-Obituary

Michael King

Lynn–The funeral of Michael (Pat) King, 66, 42 Ashland St., who died Tuesday, was held today from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home followed by a mass in Sacred Heart Church.

He was a pipefitter at the General Electric River Works for 35 years until his retirement in 1975.

The husband of Florence (Anketell) King, he also leaves a daughter, Mrs. Marcia A. Lynch of Lynn; four sisters: Mrs. Catherine DeBonis of Winthrop, Mrs. Mildred Lombardi of Topsfield, Mrs. Margaret Bourne of Newport, R.I., and Mrs. Marie Taylor of Willimantic Conn., and five grandchildren.

He was the father of the late Linda MacGown. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Arlene DeBonisI am making an assumption that this photograph was taken before my parents [Arlene DeBonis and Joseph Motter] were married.  The back of the photograph reads, “Arlene”.  I’m not sure when or where it was taken.
